the UN, Motorola, Trane &
Trane, Audiovox, Certicom, to name
a few.

Mr. Vickers has extensive
financial and senior management
experience in the maturation of
growth companies. Over his past
20 years in finance, Mr. Vickers
has been an entrepreneur, an
independent finance/business
consultant and a director of a
number of private and public
technology companies. During
this time, Mr. Vickers has also
acted as a Vice-President
Investment Banking - Technology
Group for a leading Canadian
bank, a Vice-President Corporate
Finance at an independent
brokerage firm, a corporate
lender with CIBC and a senior
analyst in Engineering Economics
at Bell Canada.

HUGH ANDREW - VP Security and
Privacy & Director

Mr. Andrew has over 35 years of
security leadership in the
government and private sectors.
Following his career in Canada's
Military Security Branch, where
he was responsible for the
security of highly sensitive
operational information, he has
Transport Canada's security
initiatives and represented
Canada on a number of
international technology
committees. In the private
sector, Mr. Andrew has
successfully led the turn around
of two companies involved in the
R&D, manufacturing and sale
of leading edge counterterrorism
technologies.

STEPHEN POZGAJ VP Business Development (Banking and Insurance)

Mr. Pozgaj has held senior
executive positions with a
number of leading major
financial institutions. As CIO
of Mackenzie Financial, Mr.
Pozgaj spearheaded the upgrading
of their legacy systems to more
competitive technologies -
helping to maintain their
leadership position as one of
the top mutual fund companies in
Canada. As CIO of the Direct to
Consumer Group at the Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce
(CIBC), Mr. Pozgaj led the
development and implementation
of all non-branch banking
technologies.

KEN GREGOIRE VP Technology and Operations

Mr. Gregoire brings to Cyberun
more than 25 years of experience
in operations, product
development and senior
management in the Information
Technology sector. Managing
projects with TRW - Northrop
Grumman (development of PKI
technology), Digital Equipment,
Telexis Corporation, Newbridge
Networks, and ISM Information
Systems has enabled Mr. Gregoire
to gather extensive first hand
experience and knowledge of
Cyberun's key products and
markets - identity theft and
security.

ALAN PICKERING, Major
General (retired) - Chief
Project Officer (CPO)
|
Mr. Pickering culminated an
outstanding public service
career as a Major General in
charge of Intelligence and
Security for the Canadian
Department of National Defence
and as a Director General of
Information Technology Security
at the Communications Security
Establishment. During this time,
he was responsible for creating
the Canadian Information
Technology Security Evaluation
Criteria and worked with the
U.S. National Institute of
Science and Technology to
develop an internationally
recognized FIPS 140 standard.
Mr. Pickering currently sits on
the Board of Directors of three
other IT security companies.

LARRY WERRING - Deputy Chief Project Officer (DCPO)

Mr. Werring has over 27 years
of experience in the
development, interpretation,
implementation and enforcement
of government and private sector
security policies. He is
currently an executive IT
security consultant with
certifications as: an
Information System Security
Professional, a Certified
Information Security Manager, an
Entrust Consultant, and a Common
Criteria Evaluator (EAL 4).
Previously, Mr. Werring was the
Corporate Security Officer and
the Deputy Lab Manager and
Senior Evaluator for CGI Group
Inc.

Ms. Zlatic has been a key
facilitator in the positioning
of Cyberun as a leader in
authentication and privacy
compliance. She has helped the
company maintain a clear
corporate focus and identified
some of potential strategic
alliances and partnerships. Ms.
Zlatic's experience includes a
senior position at
Allard-Johnson Communications, a
member company of Maxxcom Inc.,
Anderson, TBWA Chiat Day and
others.
